Our Three Signature Programs

 

At ACAYA, we understand that every artist’s journey is unique — that’s why we offer three specialized pathways to meet each student’s needs:

 

    •    Application Program – A comprehensive, step-by-step admissions track guiding students through every part of the college application process, from school selection and essays to portfolio/audition prep and interview coaching.

    •    Audition Program – A focused program designed for students who need expert support in preparing for high-level auditions, including repertoire selection, artistic coaching, mock panels, and pre-screen video production.

    •    Traveling Program – For students traveling to U.S. campuses — both international and domestic — this program includes travel coordination, booked accommodations, and personal accompaniment by an ACAYA agent throughout auditions and campus visits.

 

In our experience, the complete process of preparing applications and auditions takes a minimum of four (4) months to complete thoroughly and successfully. That’s why each ACAYA program is designed as a 4-month intensive, offering full guidance and support every step of the way. Students may choose between three cycles per year:

    •    Fall Cycle: September–December

    •    Spring Cycle: December–April

    •    Summer Cycle: April–August

 

While students may join ACAYA at any stage of their journey, we strongly recommend beginning the audition preparation program as early as freshman year of high school. Starting early allows time for strategic planning, artistic growth, skill development, and building a competitive portfolio — all of which are critical to success in top-tier auditions.

 

Students may enroll in more than one cycle if additional time is needed for preparation, growth, or reapplication. Each student is matched with a dedicated ACAYA mentor & agent to ensure every stage of the process is thoughtful, strategic, and empowering.
