Cancellation Policy

ACAYA Participation & Payment Policy Empowering Emerging Artists for Higher Education & Global Opportunities ⸻ 📍 Eligibility • Open to artists ages 14–23 pursuing music, performing arts, visual arts, or creative writing. • All participants must demonstrate strong artistic potential, dedication, and a willingness to engage in college preparation and professional development. • International and U.S.-based students are welcome to apply. ⸻ 📍 Program Structure ACAYA offers three 4-month cycles each year: • Cycle A: September – January • Cycle B: January – May • Cycle C: May – September Students may participate in multiple cycles. Each includes: • Weekly private coaching & academic guidance • College application mentorship • Artistic portfolio development • Masterclasses with leading professionals • Live performance or presentation opportunity ⸻ 📍 Attendance & Commitment • Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons, masterclasses, and coaching sessions. • Consistent practice, homework, and participation are required for certification. ⸻ 📍 Tuition & Payment • Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of each cycle unless a payment plan has been approved in writing. • Payment is non-refundable after the first week of the cycle unless there are extenuating documented circumstances. • Scholarships or sliding scale tuition may be available based on merit or need. ⸻ 📍 Code of Conduct • ACAYA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind. • Students are expected to act with respect, integrity, and kindness in all group and individual settings. • Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program. ⸻ 📍 Certification & Letters of Recommendation • Students who complete a full cycle with strong participation and growth will receive: ✅ Completion Certificate ✅ College/Conservatory Letter of Recommendation (if applicable) ⸻ 📍 Parental Involvement (for students under 18) • Parents/legal guardians must sign the registration form and will receive monthly updates. • ACAYA encourages family support but maintains professional boundaries during artistic sessions. ⸻ 📍 Recording & Publicity • Participation implies consent to be photographed or recorded for educational and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing. ⸻ 📍 Contact & Communication For any questions, scheduling concerns, or feedback: 📧 RozzenSchool@gmail.com
