Cancellation Policy

🎶 Choirs of Boca Raton – Program Policy Empowering young voices through music, community, and performance ⸻ 🎓 Program Overview Choirs of Boca Raton is an after-school vocal program for ages 6–17, divided into three groups: • Mini Choir (ages 6–9) • Junior Choir (ages 10–13) • Teen Ensemble (ages 14–17) Students participate in weekly rehearsals, seasonal performances, and studio-based creative projects that promote confidence, collaboration, and musical excellence. ⸻ 💳 Tuition & Payments • Tuition is $180/month, billed automatically • Includes weekly rehearsals, sheet music, group vocal instruction, and select performance opportunities • Studio recordings and video shoots are billed separately: • $70 per recording studio session • $84 per music video filming session • There will be at least three of each per year • Fees for those sessions will be invoiced in advance ⸻ 📅 Rehearsals & Attendance • Weekly rehearsals are held at a set day and time per age group • Consistent attendance is essential to group progress and performance readiness • Please notify us in advance of any absences • Students missing more than 3 rehearsals leading up to a performance may be asked to participate as observers ⸻ 🎭 Performances & Events • The choir performs in an end-of-year showcase, seasonal events, and media productions throughout the year • Participation in performances and recordings is strongly encouraged • Families will be notified well in advance of performance schedules and locations ⸻ 👕 Dress Code & Materials • Students may be asked to wear coordinated attire (e.g., white/blue shirts) or specific costumes for performances and video shoots • Music and practice materials are provided digitally or in print ⸻ 📸 Media Consent • Enrollment includes consent for your child to be photographed or recorded for internal, promotional, or educational use by Rozzen School of the Arts • Families who wish to opt out must provide written notice before the start of the term ⸻ ❌ Withdrawals & Cancellations • You may cancel your membership with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle • Tuition is non-refundable once the month has begun • Early communication is appreciated to offer the spot to another student ⸻ 📬 Communication • Weekly rehearsal updates and event details are shared via email and/or WhatsApp parent groups • Please check messages regularly to stay informed
