Cancellation Policy

🎭 Youth Talent Development Program – Policy Private Lessons | $380/month membership or $120 single session ⸻ 🎓 Program Overview The Youth Talent Development Program offers personalized, one-on-one instruction in voice, piano, strings, visual arts, drama, and more — tailored to each student’s interests, goals, and learning style. Students enrolled in the monthly membership receive priority access to seasonal performance opportunities and exclusive masterclasses with guest artists. ⸻ 💳 Tuition & Payments Monthly Membership: • $380/month, billed automatically • Includes 4 private 1-hour lessons per month • Payment is due on the same date each month (based on the original sign-up date) Single Session: • $120 per 1-hour private lesson • Payment is due at the time of booking All payments are non-refundable once a session is confirmed. ⸻ 📅 Scheduling & Rescheduling • Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice • Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and not eligible for makeup • In the event of teacher absence, a makeup will be offered at no extra cost ⸻ 📆 Holidays & Breaks • The calendar follows a year-round schedule with flexible planning over holidays and school breaks • If a student will be unavailable for an extended period, we ask that you notify us in advance to coordinate scheduling ⸻ ❌ Pausing & Cancelling (Memberships Only) • Memberships may be canceled at any time with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle • There is no long-term commitment, though consistency is recommended for artistic growth 📍 Contact & Communication For any questions, scheduling concerns, or feedback: 📧 RozzenSchool@gmail.com
